
Laura Savvides (MSc)
Registered Forensic Psychologist, Systemic Family and Couples Psychotherapist, Trained in EMDR trauma therapy, Trained in Systemic Sexology and Sex Therapy, Director and Founder of Listening Space.
Laura Savvides is a Registered Psychologist licensed by the Cyprus Council of Psychologists (Registration No. 933) and a Systemic Family Psychotherapist, also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Systemic Sexology and Sex Therapy. She is in the process of completing the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy.
She has completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Exeter and Master of Science in Forensic Psychology at the University of Central Lancashire. Additionally, she has been trained in approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Person-Centered Therapy. She aims to design a tailored therapeutic plan, informed by evidence-based methods that responds to the needs and uniqueness of each individual.
Laura’s clinical and forensic training spans a wide range of therapeutic settings. Her experience includes working with offenders at SBA Prison Dhekelia, where she provided individual psychological therapy and contributed to DBT skills work, designed to support emotional regulation and behavioural stability.
She supported adolescents and adults with addiction within the Ayia Skepi Therapeutic Community through, risk assessments, individual and group therapy.
In medical and clinical contexts, she conducted psychological assessments at the Veresies Clinic and participated in psychiatric consultations, gaining valuable interdisciplinary experience. Within academic settings, she offered one-to-one therapeutic support to university students at the UCLan Cyprus Psychological Wellbeing and Counselling Centre.
Laura also contributed to prevention work through the EpiDRASI programme, facilitating ACT-informed workshops for young adolescents. Her exposure to forensic risk assessment and report writing was additionally enriched through working at Forensic Psychology Practice Ltd in the United Kingdom.
Since then, she has been working in private practice offering psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups. She works on a wide range of topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), sexual difficulties/dysfunctions, victims and perpetrators of violence.
Lastly, she is an active member of the Pancyprian Association of Psychotherapists, where she also serves as a member of the board. She is also a member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists and EMDR Cyprus.

MUDr. Petros Antoniou
Consultant Psychiatrist, Psychotherapist
Dr. Petros Antoniou is a Germany trained Consultant Psychiatrist - Psychotherapist, working in the field of mental healthcare since 2014.
His scientific interest in neuromodulation developed early during his studies at Comenius University, with a dissertation thesis titled “The role of the vagus nerve in depression”, that he later expanded through his clinical training in Electroconvulsive Therapy at Klinikum Wilhelmshaven as well as repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation at Maastricht University.
Through his work at the Uniklinik RWTH Aachen he developed significant competence in specilised outpatient diagnostics and care with strong focus on neurodevelopmental, memory and sleep disorders, conducted preoperative mental health assessments namely baryatric, and cochlear-implant operations, and sports psychiatry.
His experience particularly with adult ADHD is extensive and central to his clinical practice and was refined through his work with adolescents, as well as adults, in both outpatient- and specialist-clinics at both Klinikum Frankfurt (Oder) and Uniklinik RWTH Aachen. He conducts comprehensive clinical assessments according to the latest state of the art guidelines, offers consultations on medication optimisation, and structured psychoeducation.
Dr. Antoniou has worked extensively with individuals with ADHD, both in clinical settings and the community. As an external scientific associate and mental health advisor for the ADHD-Cyprus Association, he remains deeply involved in supporting individuals with ADHD.
Dr. Antoniou has pursued advanced psychotherapeutic education, completing a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy specialization at the IVT Institut für Verhaltenstherapie in Lübben. Additionally, he expanded his skill set with certifications in Progressive Muscle Relaxation, relaxation coaching, stress management as well as Biofeedback Therapy.
He is currently a member of the Pancyprian Association for Psychotherapists, maintaining a keen interest in integrating these approaches into comprehensive mental healthcare.
After recognising the significance of sexual well-being as a vital aspect of mental health and how libido is intertwined with mental disorders and psychotropic medication, he continued his education in human sexuality and psychosexual interventions. He is certified in Sexual Counselling by the German Society for Sexual Research and was trained in psychosexual interventions, Clinical Sexology and the Sexocorporel method.
Upon repatriating to Cyprus in 2021, Dr. Antoniou established a private mental health practice that addresses the whole range of mental health conditions, working with adults and adolescents (17+).

Stephanie Antoniou, MSc, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Cyprus Registration Board of Psychologists offering sessions in both English and Greek.
She is dedicated to supporting individuals enhance their emotional well-being, build resilience, and improve their quality of life.
Her practice is grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients manage difficulties such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and stress-related difficulties.

At Athalassa Hospital, she worked with severe mental-health conditions as part of a multidisciplinary team. At PASYCAF, she supported cancer patients and their loved ones through the psychological impact of diagnosis and treatment.
Her work at KESY involved structured assessment and therapy for a range of mental-health conditions utilizing evidence based clinical methods.
Across all settings, her approach remains person-centered and integrative, combining empirically supported techniques with sensitivity to each client’s unique psychosocial context.
During her time in the UK, Stephanie participated in research exploring frontal lobe pathophysiology and schizophrenia. Her postgraduate thesis, “Prevalence of Psychological Distress and Trauma Amongst Online Counsellors Exposed to Challenging Behavior/Incidents”, examined the impact of challenging online counselling work on psychological outcomes, highlighting the need for better organizational and psychological support for mental-health professionals in demanding environments.
Beyond clinical practice, she has contributed to EU-funded projects through her role as Project Manager and Intern Researcher at the Institute of Development, conducting research and data analysis to support initiatives with real-world impact.

Irene Petrou (MSc)
Registered Forensic Psychologist – Senior Forensic Psychologist at NELFT London
Irene Petrou is a Registered Forensic Psychologist, licensed by the Cyprus Registration Board for Psychologists (Registration No. 763) and by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the United Kingdom (Registration No. PYL044115). She is a member of The British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Cyprus Psychological Association, where she also serves as a Board Member (2023–2026).
Since September 2025, she has been working as a Senior Forensic Psychologist at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust in the UK. In this role, she undertakes forensic assessment and therapeutic intervention with individuals presenting with complex and high-risk psychological difficulties, who are supported either in the community or within mental health inpatient services.
She works with offenders and individuals detained under sections of the Mental Health Act, providing in-depth psychological assessment, risk formulation and management and delivering specialist interventions aimed at safe care and rehabilitation. She collaborates closely with multidisciplinary mental health teams to develop comprehensive case formulations, treatment plans, and evidence-based clinical decisions.
Since 2021, she has been an Associate Lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire Cyprus (UCLan Cyprus), teaching MSc Forensic Psychology students report writing, case formulation, and the use of psychometric and risk assessment tools. She also supports the development of practical skills such as interviewing, case analysis, and the application of professional judgement in real-world assessment contexts. Irene provides academic and clinical supervision, encouraging the development of students’ professional competence and the integration of theory into practice.
Previously, she worked at Forensic Psychology Practice Ltd in the United Kingdom (2021–2025), where she produced specialized forensic psychological reports for cases within the family, criminal, and civil law contexts.
Her work included assessments of violence, sexual and domestic abuse risk, trauma, personality disorders, cognitive functioning
and neurodevelopmental difficulties.
She collaborated closely with legal professionals and relevant agencies, contributing to judicial processes through comprehensive and evidence-based psychological analyses. She provided specialized and evidence-based recommendations to courts, social services, and other relevant agencies, drawing on her knowledge of relevant legislation, procedures, and available support frameworks.
Since 2022, she maintained a private practice in Cyprus, conducting comprehensive forensic psychological evaluations and interventions, and providing specialized expert reports and testimonies to the judicial system.

Adonis Stylianou (MSc)
Registered Clinical Psychologist
Adonis Stylianou is a licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Cyprus Registration Board of Psychologists (ΣΕΨ). He has completed his academic and professional training in Cyprus and Greece, specializing in the assessment and treatment of psychological disorders. His clinical orientation is rooted primarily in psychodynamic principles, and he is firmly committed to the provision of individualized and ethically grounded psychological services.
Throughout his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Frederick University Cyprus, Adonis demonstrated an early commitment in seeking applied practical experience. During his studies, he participated in the Mentor Guidance Program, offering structured support to children from socially or educationally disadvantaged backgrounds.
Following the completion of his undergraduate studies, he distinguished himself as the first graduate of his cohort to undertake an international internship, completing his placement at KE.TH.E.A. Anadysi, an Addiction Treatment and Rehabilitation Center in Greece. There, he worked with adolescents and young adults presenting with substance addiction, problematic internet use, gambling behaviours and alcohol dependency. His responsibilities additionally included co-facilitating psychoeducational and support groups for parents of affected individuals.
Mr. Stylianou obtained his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the European University Cyprus, where he developed advanced expertise in mental disorder evaluation, psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions.
As part of his degree practical engagement, he collaborated with the Humanitarian Division of the Red Cross, through which he provided individual psychological support to people facing acute psychosocial difficulties, daily hardships and chronic life stressors.

Vyron Potsos
Systemic Family and Couples Psychotherapist
Born in 1983 in Limassol, Vyron Potsos was an international football player, a Mechanical Engineer, and a professional musician for 15 years. Since 2019, he
has been working in the field of psychotherapy and the exploration of the human mind. He is a graduate of the Systemic Training Center KE.P.A.PSY., through which he began offering individual sessions in 2023, with a primary focus on personal development, family relationships, and the search for meaning.
Since 2023, he has also been working with children exhibiting delinquent behaviors in primary education and collaborates with the multi-disciplinary teams of each school. In his sessions, although primarily systemic, he incorporates techniques from other approaches (Person-centered, CBT, Gestalt, Narrative) depending on what makes sense, what helps each individual, and what can make life feel a little lighter and more dignified.
He mainly works with issues related to family relationships, couples, anxiety, self-confidence, death, the search for meaning, addictions, and depressive behaviours. His approach focuses on the functions and solutions that people have chosen within systems, rather than on blame, shifting responsibility or stagnation. Christina Menoikou, RD
Registered Dietitian, Specialised in Oncology
Christina Menoikou is a Specialist Registered Dietitian in Cyprus (Reg. No. 676) and the UK (licensed by the Health and Care Professions Council, Reg. No. DT031809).
She graduated from the University of Surrey, UK, with First Class Honours in Nutrition and Dietetics, and completed her clinical placements across England.
During her training, she gained experience working with both inpatients and outpatients
— including individuals managing diabetes, renal, cardiovascular, and gastrointestinal conditions; those living with overweight or obesity; as well as patients recovering from cancer treatment, surgery, or requiring enteral feeding support.
Her interest in childhood obesity began during her studies, when she focused her dissertation on the Be Your Best childhood obesity intervention programme in Surrey, UK.
Christina presented her research at the British Dietetic Association Research Symposium in 2021, where she was awarded first place in her category. She continues to be actively involved in the programme through research, delivery, and facilitation of student dietitians.
Following her qualification, Christina worked as a Macmillan Oncology Dietitian at the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, supporting patients throughout cancer treatment and recovery.
Christina now provides in-person consultations in Paralimni and Limassol, home visits across Cyprus, and online sessions for clients in both Cyprus and the UK.
She works across a wide range of areas including oncology (her area of expertise), diabetes, renal, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal conditions, women’s health (including PCOS, pregnancy, and breastfeeding), nutrition support, post-surgery recovery, sports nutrition, and weight management.
Her approach is simple yet effective: realistic, non-restrictive, and centred around long-term wellbeing. Christina believes that nutrition is rarely black or white — it is often grey.
She advocates for moderation, helping patients build a positive relationship with food, where all foods can fit within a balanced diet unless medical needs or personal preferences dictate otherwise.
